What is your MOQ?
Typically 200–1,000 pieces per item depending on size and complexity. Mixed-item orders can often be combined to reach a workable production run — ask us with your item list.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Existing items: sample cost plus courier, refundable against your first bulk order. Custom items: pre-production sample made to your drawing or reference, with revision rounds included in the quoted sampling fee.
What are your lead times?
Samples 7–15 days. Mass production usually 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit; carving-intensive items 45–60 days. Seasonal items (e.g. Christmas) should be ordered by June for Q4 retail delivery.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: T/T 30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight for established accounts. Sample fees by PayPal.
How do you handle US duties and shipping?
We quote both FOB (Chinese port) and DDP (delivered to US port or warehouse, duties included). With DDP your landed cost per piece is fixed before the order starts — for categories with additional US duties on wooden goods, most buyers prefer this.
Do you offer FSC-certified material?
Yes, on request, with chain-of-custody documentation. We also provide wood-species and material declarations for your import compliance files.
Can you produce from my own design?
That is most of what we do. Send drawings, photos or a physical sample — see the OEM/ODM page for the full process. We sign NDAs on request and never show your designs to other buyers.
Can you pack for Amazon FBA or retail shelves?
Yes — retail-ready color boxes, barcodes/UPC labels, FNSKU labeling and carton marks configured to your fulfilment requirements.
